Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk,
I’m a woman’s man, no time to talk.
Music loud and women warm,
I’ve been kicked around
Since I was born.
And now it’s all right, it’s OK.
And you may look the other way.
We can try to understand
The New York Times’ effect on man.
Whether you’re a brother or whether you’re a mother,
You’re stayin’ alive, stayin’ alive.
Feel the city breaking and everybody shaking,
And we’re stayin’ alive, stayin’ alive.
Ah, ah, ah, ah, stayin’ alive, stayin’ alive.
Ah, ah, ah, ah, stayin’ alive.
Well now, I get low and I get high,
And if I can’t get either, I really try.
Got the wings of heaven on my shoes.
I’m a dancing man and I just can’t lose.
You know it’s all right, it’s OK.
I’ll live to see another day.
Aah.
Life going nowhere.
Somebody help me,
Somebody help me, yeah.
Life going nowhere.
Somebody help me, yeah.
I’m stayin’ alive.
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk,
I’m a woman’s man, no time to talk.
Music loud and women warm,
I’ve been kicked around since I was born.
And now it’s all right, it’s OK.

Ah, ah, ah, ah, stayin’ alive, stayin’ alive.
Ah, ah, ah, ah, stayin’ alive.

Life going nowhere.
Somebody help me, yeah.

Got a job that’s okay
But they got me working night and day
Punching in, punching out
Is this really what life’s all about?
(What’cha gonna do, what’cha gonna feel?)
I don’t know
(What’cha gonna feel, what’cha gonna do?)
Ooh, won’t someone tell me
(What’cha wanna say, what’cha wanna do?)
There’s only one thing left to say
(What’cha wanna say, what’cha wanna say?)
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
That’s just the way it goes
(That’s life)
Oh, yeah
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
That’s just the way it goes
(That’s life)
Baby’s gone, all alone
Are you sad because you’re on your own?
Get that girl, party down
There’s so many good ones still around
(What’cha gonna do, what’cha gonna feel?)
I don’t know
(What’cha gonna feel, what’cha gonna do?)
Ooh, won’t someone tell me
(What’cha wanna say, what’cha wanna do?)
I guess there’s just one thing to say
(What’cha wanna say, what’cha wanna say?)
Woo
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
That’s just the way it goes
(That’s life)
Oh, yeah, ooh
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
That’s just the way it goes
(That’s life)
Oh
Hey it’s J.J, what you been doin’
You say your car broke down, the thing just isn’t movin’
J.J.J., don’t you know
When you’re down there’s just one way to go
Now sing it
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
That’s just the way it goes
(That’s life)
Sometimes
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
That’s just the way it goes
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
That’s just the way it goes
(That’s life)
Ooh, yeah
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
Oh, that’s just the way it goes
(That’s life)
You know it
(C’est la vie, c’est la vie)
That’s just the way it goes
(That’s life)

See the sun
Shine above your head
See the love
That you once had

Don’t ever let go
Oh no
Don’t ever let go
Oh no

See the dreams
That you hold inside
See the hope
See the colors fly

Don’t ever let go
Oh no
Don’t ever let go
Oh no

And if you wish upon it
With open eyes
The world will sing to you
Yeah if you really want it
Then hold on tight
You’ve got everything to loose

See the world
Through a child’s eyes
Never give up
Or let it slip by

Don’t ever let go
Oh no
Don’t ever let go, don’t ever let go

When fortunes open wide
And if you wish upon it
You’ll be surprised
How the world will sing to you

If you really want it
Then hold on tight
You’ve got everything to loose

Don’t ever let go
You need to keep the dream alive
Don’t ever let go, don’t ever let go

Hold on tight

She saw the world through her smile
When she held your hand you knew it’d be all right
She spoke of places she’d never been
„Now is the time”, she’d say, „to live the dream”
And she told us how she could fly
And she said „no need for goodbyes”
For we’d see her there in the skies where angels
Fly Angels Fly
She stayed a while that summers day
Spoke through a smile of how she’d go away
I saw in her eyes her pain
She took my hand and said it’d be ok
And now she’s soaring up through the sky
And she takes us all in her flight
And she told us the reasons why Angels fly, Angels fly
Some summer days I can see her smile
In so many ways she’s still alive
And the love that she gave I keep down inside
I’m keeping it safe ‘til I learn to fly
And she’s soaring up through the sky
And she takes us all in her flight
And I feel she is still alive
Where Angels Fly, Angels Fly
And she told us how she could fly
And she said no need for good byes
For we’d see her there in the sky where Angels fly,
Angels fly, Angels fly my sweet Angel Flies.

“I believe in everything until it’s disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, dragons. It all exists, even if it’s in your mind. Who’s to say that dreams and nightmares aren’t as real as the here and now?”

“I’ve got my own moral compass to steer by
A guiding star beats a spirit in the sky
And all the preaching voices –
Empty vessels ring so loud
As they move among the crowd
Fools and thieves are well disguised
In the temple and market place

Like a stone in the river
Against the floods of spring
I will quietly resist

Like the willows in the wind
Or the cliffs along the ocean
I will quietly resist

I don’t have faith in faith
I don’t believe in belief
You can call me faithless
I still cling to hope
And I believe in love
And that’s faith enough for me

I’ve got my own spirit level for balance
To tell if my choice is leaning up or down
And all the shouting voices
Try to throw me off my course
Some by sermon, some by force
Fools and thieves are dangerous
In the temple and market place

Like a forest bows to winter
Beneath the deep white silence
I will quietly resist

Like a flower in the desert
That only blooms at night
I will quietly resist”
